XIGON-X V0.9.1 alpha update

After reading a few forums I have added a few small changes to xigon-x .
1st I slowed down the enemy fire rates
2nd I changed the games overall frame rate so it works better on some PPC's.
3rd changed TEXT on screen to reflect the way the game is interacted with.(tap on screen ect..)
over all I think it works better and is more user friendly now.

Thanks for the all the comments in the forums it does help us Devs.

any chance of uploading a gp2x version only here. I'm sorry the people at the gp32x.com forum were nasty but if you just post here you won't have to deal with them. I really liked your game.

Hi There,

This game looks like it is probably really good, but I have some problems that stop me from being able to play it properly. This is just some feedback: I am not asking you to actually fix this.

1. Screen is upside down
For me the screen is upside down so I have to hold my device the wrong way around, but the touch co-ordinates are as they should really be, so that up is down and left is right.

I have an MDA Vario II (aka HTC Hermes 200) where the screen changes from portrait to landscape when you slide the keyboard out. The game doesn't react to screen change events, and maybe this is related to why there is a problem?

2. No Exit Button
There is no way to exit the game
The only way for me to get out of the game is to power down or take a picture on the camera. There really ought to be an exit function.

ok, I tried this again, and found that provided I make sure the keyboard is closed at the point I open the game it all works. If I then pull out the keyboard the orientation rotates by 90 degrees.

I dont have any other device to test my PPC games on but an Ipaq so I never thought of the MDA series. I am glad you found a way around the problem. seeing as people are using this game I may create more lvl's. CYA

Hi, the game is great, but I have a similar problem to some other people in that i can't exit the game! The only way out is to soft reboot my PDA, not ideal! I'm running it on an XDA II. Any idea's on how to exit without soft rebooting on an XDA II?
